Why does preventive maintenance matter?Think of preventive maintenance like a primary care doctor for your home. if you take care of your home over time, you are more likely to catch issues before they become major, saving time and money.

How is this different than other services?We're a full-service home maintenance and improvement provider. If you've ever tried to have services done to your house, you've probably learned that not all vendors have the same level of knowledge, expertise, or service, let alone pricing. If you want a maintenance plan, you can save one to your computer or print it and put in a file and try to remember to go back to it an remember what to do. These things put the onus on you, the homeowner, to figure things out. It can cost you a lot of time and money, and we understand that both of those things are incredibly valuable. We're essentially like a property management company that helps take care of one of your greatest assets - your home.

What areas do you currently serve?We currently serve both Saint Johns and Duval Counties in Florida.

What type of experience do you have?Our founder and CEO was born working in homes. Well, almost. He started as an apprentice at his uncle's home repair, renovation, and building business when he was eight years old and has been working with homes ever since. He's managed maintenance for tens of thousands of single family homes as well as apartments, leading high-performing teams for some of the biggest names in property management. You can say that we've seen it all - and know homes inside and out. This is what we do every day.

How does it work?We make it easy for you. Once you choose your plan, the fun begins. Here's what it will look like: Step 1: Schedule a maintenance walk through with our team. This will help identify the current state of your house and what, if any, maintenance is needed to get your home up to speed. Step 2: Create a plan to work through outstanding maintenance items. This could be a broken door handle, a leaky faucet, or even bigger items like needing new flooring or a new roof. We'll work together to identify projects that need to happen right now and projects that may be upcoming. Step 3: Create a preventive maintenance plan. This step will help with the upkeep of your house moving forward. The goal is to complete regularly scheduled maintenance so that way surprises are minimal. We will work with you to catch minor issues before they become big problems. Step 4: Prepare for the future. Any items that we identified from step two will be addressed here, as well as future goals you have for your house, like a new pool or remodels. We can help you determine how much you may need to save for these projects and project timelines for them to occur.

How do I know which plan is right for me?That depends. If you're looking for a partner to hold your hand every step of the way, our premium plan is most likely the best fit for you. If you are looking for a place to store important home documents and self-service your maintenance, our basic plan may be all you need.

What types of vendors are in your preferred vendor network?Our vendors offer services from basic handyman work to painting to HVAC to design services to landscaping to remodeling and pool building. If it happens to your house, we have a vendor for you.
